Project Sukan SEA 2017 head coach Frank Bernhardt has shower praise over Serian boy Rodney Calvin Akwensivie.
The German said that he sees Rodney as an interesting young player with some experiences playing in the Liga Super. Bernhardt also added that Rodney’s physics is good and he is looking forward to seeing the defender play with the other under-22 players he has selected for the Project Sukan SEA 2017.
This is not the first time the mix-blooded Rodney has gained praise after head coach of Sarawak K Rajagobal also rang similar praise for the defender recently.
Rodney, together with Nur Shamie Iszuan has been called to Kuala Lumpur to attend the centralized training and selection for the 2017 SEA Games football team under Bernhardt.
