TiketPanas and the sole physical distributor of Sarawak home game tickets, Lea Sports Centre (LSC), has agreed to improve season ticket distribution which has long been awaited by fans.
In an email to its season pass holders, TiketPanas explained that both Tiket Panas and LSC has agreed that season Card holder will no longer need to queue up with other One-Time-Pass online purchaser. The email further elaborates that “there will be a separate queue for season card holder (at the same counter), and priority will be given to Season Card holder to be served first at this specialized counters.
The email also addressed fans unhappiness over the selection of open terrace zone.
According to TiketPanas, “open terrace season card holder, can specify their preferred zone so that ticket with the correct zone can be reserved whenever possible”. The email however failed to mention how fans could make such reservations.
At the end of the email, TiketPanas apologized for the poor experience by season ticket holders and hoped they could further improve their services in the future.
The new methods introduced by TiketPanas and LSC is very much welcomed by loving fans of Sarawak FA whom have long felt that there is lack of priority given to season card holders whom have said they were already at the losing end when they decided to purchase the season tickets.
