Syahrul says he had already talked to KAFA

Youngster Syahrul Azwari who is in the middle of a transfer dispute between Kelantan Football Association (KAFA) and Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) has claimed that he had already informed and talked to KAFA prior to his decision to move to Sarawak.

According to Syahrul, his controversy is different from what happened to Garry Steven Robbat and Ferris Danial because he has already talked to KAFA before deciding his move to Kuching.

The 22-year old winger added that he has followed all the procedures needed, including informing KAFA that he is not joining Kelantan and waiting for an offer from Sarawak instead.

Syahrul’s decision to move to Sarawak was supported by the Vice President of Malaysian Professional Players (PFAM) Reezal Zambry Yahya.
