Pengiran Bala will be returning back to the drawing board after his side was trashed 5-1 by Pahang FC’s under-19 team at Padang Majlis Daerah Pekan.
The under-19 team of Sarawak traveled to Pahang to play and saw themselves equals to their opponents in the first half of the game with only a goal separating both sides. Pahang opened the score through Noor Fahmizie Sabri in the 17th minute, before Mohd Nazri Daud equalized for the visiting team in the 26th.
Before the breather, Muhammad Nur Izzat Che Awang put Pahang with a good field goal to put his side ahead at half time.
In the second half, Pahang piled on the pressure and became more aggressive and Nur Izzat yet again scored for his side in the 51st minute.
Two minutes later it was Mohamad Arisazri Juhari to add his name on the scoresheet for Pahang and Muhammad Nor Amirul Muhd Nizam sealed the deal for the home side in the 69th minute.
