Sarawak FA was at the losing end of the recent Football Association Malaysia (FAM) disciplinary decision when Kelantan FA had themselves deducted three points for fielding a suspended player.
The team to benefit was Terengganu, which was given the winning points instead.
Kelantan which fielded Mohd Fitrie Omar, was given a 3-0 defeat, hence automatically giving Terengganu three points, hence allowing the East coast team 24 points to climb one step to fourth, and hence pushing the Crocs down to fifth with only 22 points in hand.
The move sees Kelantan in an unfamiliar position as the team known as The Red Warriors now battle at the wrong end of the league to avoid relegation.
The Super League resumes this 10th May with Sarawak playing against Sime Darby FC at Selayang Stadium.
