Sabah FA won their second friendly match against Melaka United, defeating the Liga Super team with their second string players.
In the match, Sabah won 2-0 against Melaka with Stanley Sulong and Melky Balang scoring the winning goals in the second half.
According to a news report by Utusan Borneo, Sabah played almost all of their reserved players with only Park Tae Su being the only regular for the Liga Premier side.
Sabah head coach, Julius Ating in the news report also confirmed that most of the players played against Melaka were either seldom played or had never played in this years Liga Premier match although it was also understood that he substituted some players in the second half with the Sabah regulars.
Melaka on the other hand was said to have played a mixture of their first and reserve players.
Sabah are scheduled to meet PKNS FC tonight in another friendly match.
