Sarawak captain Ronny Harun has successfully undergone surgery for his fractured metatarsal at a local hospital here in Kuching.
The minor operation which took place today confirms that Ronny will be out for at least six weeks, although it is likely that the defender will only be back in action after Gawai Dayak (June).
Ronny is seen as an essential part of Rajagobal’s plan especially after the Crocs failed to hold their lead the moment the Sepitang born defender was stretched out of the Selangor versus Sarawak game.
With Ronny sidelined, Sarawak head coach K Rajagobal will be looking to tweak his line-up with possible replacements as the Crocs prepare to meet high riding Kedah in less than two weeks at Stadium Negeri.
