Kuching FA proved they mean business in 2019 after they drew with UiTM FC of the Liga Premier durong their first West Malaysian friendly match last night.
The match which was also watched by Football Association of Kuching Division President YB Fazzrudin Abdul Rahman, saw Joseph Kalang Tie scored the only goal for the Kuching side in the first half, to tie the match at 1-1 until the breather.
After the breather, both teams showed much intent to increase their goal tally but the defenses of both UiTM and Kuching stayed focus until the final whistle.
The match ended with both teams unable to cancel each other out.
Kuching will play Felda United in their final pre-season friendly match on 26th January at Stadium UM Arena at 9PM
