A source close to SarawakCrocs.com has informed us that the Crocs will spot a new main sponsor when the new kit is unveiled coming mid-January.
According to to the source, it is highly likely that Sarawak Energy will not be the main sponsor for Sarawak as another entity has stepped up with more influence and funds to help Sarawak in football.
The source further added that the new sponsor will however also bear the name ‘Sarawak’, as he related it to what Selangor had on their kit during the 2015 season.
The latest information provided to us somewhat confirms our speculation that Sarawak will see changes in the sponsor list next season after the Sarawak state logo was spotted for the first time during a recently concluded press conference.
It is also brewing hard online that the Sarawak State government is looking to support the Crocs with more funds, but nothing concrete can be confirmed until the official announcement by the Sarawak management.
