It was reported on social media that former Sarawak player, Muamer Salibasic is an inch closer to sealing his move to a Premier League side, Sabah. The move is said to now depend on a medical check-up.
Muamer has been in Likas in recent weeks, trying to impress the coaching staff of his abilities, but recent developments in the Sabah Football Association (SAFA) management has just opened the door to Muamer to finally don the colours of Sabah.
According to our sources, with Sabah making changes in their coaching line-up, Muamer’s attacking style of play seems to give him a positive edge and will likely see him earn the import player slot now vacant in Sabah football team.
Shall Sabah decide to sign Muamer, it will be his second stint in Malaysia after he successfully helped the Crocs gain promotion by becoming their top scorer in 2013.
