Marco and Dedi leads in race for Sabah import

Brazillian Marco Tulio Lupes Silva is said to be leading the race to fill the next foreign import slot for Premier League side Sabah.

The former Perak striker is said to be favoured by Sabah head coach Vjeran Simunic as he is familiar with the Malaysian league, and had played under Simunic before.

Aside from Tulio, midfielder Dedi Kusnandar is also said to be a strong favourite for the Asian foreign import slot available at the Rhinos after the Indonesian showed great character during trials in Kota Kinabalu.

The Rhinos are finalizing their import players for the coming season with the team now looking into signing another three foreign imports after they secured the signing of Igor Cerina.

Also vying for a spot in the Rhinosa are Bosnian Muamer Salibasic and Syrian Marwan Sayedeh.
