Liverpool FC has announced that the club will be returning to Malaysia in July as part of their 2015 pre-season tour.
The first team of Liverpool will play a friendly match in Kuala Lumpur against a Malaysian selection coached by Dollah Salleh. The game is said to be scheduled on Friday July 24 at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium.
Dollah Salleh, the Malaysian head coach said that such a match was an opportunity for his side.
Aside from the fixture in Kuala Lumpur, other activities aimed at bringing their Malaysian fans closer to the team they support are also planned.
The match will be organised by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) and promoted by ProEvents International Sdn Bhd.
