There was a hope of furtune change when the Crocs travelled to Darul Makmur Stadium to face Pahang FC, but it didn’t happen as Pahang knocked two goals past Sarawak goalkeeper Shahril Sa’ari to give the home side the full three points.
It was indeed not the best performances from the Crocs, as they struggled to contain possession in the game, leaving the Crocs left to defend their goal from the countless attacks from Pahang.
The Crocs came close to putting themselves in front but Brazilian striker Gilmar Filho shot a chance on goal, high and wide in the 15th minute.
In the 36th minute, Pahang punished poor defending by the Crocs when Argentinian Pablo Vrajanican, headed in the first goal of the game.
The second half of the match was no different as Pahang continued their assault towards the Sarawak goal mouth and finally added their goal tally through Pablo again.
Unwilling to be defeated, the Crocs gave their all but found the defenses of Pahang a difficult nut to crack until the final whistle.
The defeat meant Pahang gained a valuable three points at home, with the Crocs handed their second defeat within a week.
