Sarawak continued their record breaking unbeaten run in the Malaysian Super League by trashing KL Pos Malaysia 0-3 at the Selayang Stadium late afternoon today.
Playing in front of a sizable fan crowd, the Crocs wasted no time to engage in their attacking abilities with Muamer Salibasic having a one-on-one chance to beat goalkeeper Mohd Fadley. However, his attempt was not able to find the back of the net.
The Crocs came again minutes later with a signature long throw into the box from Ronny Harun to Junior Eldstal, but Bwele was a little too late to push in Junior’s flick.

A fruitless corner by Sharol Saperi soon after was wasted by the Crocs, as the organized Sarawak midfield pushed even harder for the balls into the box to create raids of attacking options for the visiting team.
Sarawak should have been given a penalty after Zamri Morshidi was brought down in the box following a clear chance on goal. However, the referee waved away the incident to the disappointment of the Crocs.
Not wanting to give up, Sarawak pushed through Bobby Gonzales again, but despite him beating three markers, goalkeeper Mohd Fadley was first to square the ball off any dangerous moments.
In the second half, Sarawak pressed on for the lead and came whiskers close to score just that. However, their efforts only managed more fruitless corners with the referee denying yet another penalty shoutout by Sarawak after Guy Bwele was pulled in the box.
With less than 30 minutes in the game left, Robert Alberts decided to bring in Azizan Baba for Zamri, and replacing Sharol for Mazwendi Zekeria.
The fresh legs of Azizan and Mazwandy worked wonders for the Crocs as the team continued raiding the Pos Malaysia goal with more attempts on goals.
Finally, the Crocs hard work bore fruit when Bosnian Muamer blasted in a short corner off Mazwendi to put Sarawak at the lead by one goal.
This was followed by a one-two exchange by Bobby and Muamer, but the final shot by the later was straight to the Mohd Fadley.
A brief of lapse in the Sarawak players then allowed Pos Malaysia to create a few chances on goal. However, the solid back four of Sarawak, which was led by Ronny, stood strong.
The Crocs got back into action from then on, with Bobby adding his 18th goal of the season when he brilliantly punished an out of position Mohd Fadley.
Not wanting Pos Malaysia to spoil the party with a comeback, Bobby calmly slotted in Sarawak’s third goal in the game moments before the final whistle.
The win puts Sarawak at the lead of the Malaysia Premier League, four points ahead of their closest rival Sime Darby FC which surprisingly lost to KL SPA FC 1-0.
