KUCHING:The match between KL Pos Malaysia and Sarawak supposed to be held today (May 6) at the Selayang Municipal Stadium, Selangor has been rescheduled to a new date, according to deputy president of Football Association of Sarawak (FAS), Haji Abu Bakar Marzuki when contacted on Saturday.
Haji Abu Bakar Marzuki said that the FAS received a faxed letter informing them about the postponement from the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM).
“The match between KL Pos Malaysia and Sarawak supposed to be held on Monday May 6 has been postponed to a new date and the FAM will announce the new match date later,” said Haji Abu Bakar.
The deputy FAS president said that with the new amended date, coach Robert Alberts will have ample time with his players to plan their strategies for their important match against Sime Darby scheduled to be held this Friday (May 10).
