PKNS FC just confirmed a rumour we heard recently about former Sarawak head coach, K Rajagobal.
According to the football club based in Selangor, Rajagobal has been appointed their new head coach for the coming season, ending speculations on his future after his brief stint with Sarawak FA last year.
Rajagobal when speaking to reporters said that he has nothing to prove at his new club, adding that he is excited to return to a club which he served as a player years back.
Rajagobal, Malaysia’s longest serving national coach was poached by the Crocs in 2016, only to be ‘rested’, and later agreed to a mutual termination before the league reached it’s mid-season.
His brief stint with the Crocs wasn’t impressive, but he polished several youngsters like Tommy Mawat, Nur Shamie and Rodney Calvin to become improved players.
It is also highly rumoured that Rodney would be moving to PKNS FC once his contract with Sarawak FA ends.
