Kelantan Football Association (KAFA) President, Datuk Annuar Musa today poured cold water on Football Association of Sarawak’s (FAS) interest to negotiate with them about Syahrul Azwari.
According to Annuar, there is no need to talk about Sarawak at the moment as Kelantan is keen to keep Syahrul at Stadium Mohamad IV.
Syahrul was ordered to return to KAFA after the Player Status Comittee of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) ruled that he was signed illegally by FAS.
The ruling saw FAM cancel the contract Syahrul made with FAS, while ordering Syahrul to return to KAFA.
FAS had today stated their desire to directly negotiate with KAFA over Syahrul.
