Former national player, Joseph Kalang Tie or more popularky known as JKT, has been revealed as the head coach of Kuching Football Association (Kuching FA) under-20 team which will participate in the coming Sarawak Sporst Council-Football Association of Sarawak under-20 men’s football league (SSC-FAS B20) 2023.
The Miri born Kuching City FC player’s role in the team was made known by the Football Association of Sarawak in a recent social media post.
Joseph’s participation in the competition will be a huge boost to the competition’s reputation as many fans will be looking at wether the ace midfielder can do well as a head coach.
Aside from JKT, Hakimi Man is another name which is prominent in the Sarawak football scene was also made known to be participating in the SSC-FAS B20 2023.
Hakimi will be coaching the Miri Football Association under-20 team.
Hakimi is no stranger to Sarawak and Malaysian football having won numerous competitions as a head coach which include the Piala Tun Sharifah Rodziah in 2017.
The SSC-FAS B20 inter division football league starts this 2 September 2023 and will be played out in three different zones.
