Harimau Muda A (national Under-23 squad) failed the make the final of the Mekong BIDC Cup invitational football tournament in Cambodia after going down 0-1 to Myanmar in the semifinals at Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh Friday.
The winning goal was netted by Thura Aung in the 20th minute.
Myanmar will be meeting Thailand in the final. Thailand edged Cambodia 2-1 in the other semi-final match.

Though Malaysia were playing against a 10-man Myanmar from the 51st minute after Chit Min Soe was given the marching ticket for agressive play, the Malaysians coached by Ong Kim Swee failed to take the upper hand.
