For the past two matches, we have had difficulty updating you on the scores and in game details via our Twitter account at @SarawakCrocs.
We have launched an investigation over the issue, and found out that it is not entirely the fault of the line, but rather on the limitation imposed by Twitter which has decided to limit tweets to 1,000 per day, with specific breakdowns per hour.
Our investigation finds that the problem begins when we start tweeting huge ammount of in game commentaries during a particular game, resulting in our tweets being blocked by Twitter for reaching a certain quota set by Twitter.
With that said, we have decided to address the issue by opening another account on Twitter to provide you better coverage online, via twitter.
The new account with the tweet handle @Sarawak_FC will tweet the second half of games we cover, with the first half being tweeted through our main twitter account at @SarawakCrocs.
If both accounts reach the limit within the game, we will resort to updates via Facebook which eventually also end up in Twitter.
We hope that you can continue your amazing support towards our innitiative to support Sarawak, and Malaysian football by following us at both account.
To follow, just look up both @SarawakCrocs and #Sarawak_FC and hit ‘follow’.
Thank you for your understanding, and support.
