Sarawak has officially opened its very first synthetic football field at the Yayasan Sarawak Development Centre in Kuching today.
The synthetic field took a massive RM900,000 to be built, and works on the project took six months to complete.
According to several news reports, the size of the field is equal a small football field (primary school size), and Yayasan Sarawak will allow the public to use the facility with ‘affordable fees’ being charged.
It is however not known when the field would be opened to public.
