Sarawak talented winger Ashri Chuchu is reported to be injured by local newspapers.
According to a newspaper reports, Ong Kim Swee was not able to field the nippy player after he sustained an injury which eventually saw Malaysia losing on penalties to Indonesia, hence disabling Malaysia to defend their gold medal at the SEA Games.
Ashri was out for a season last year, and was posed to make a comeback for Sarawak this coming 2014 season.
Nonetheless, the latest injury, may just dent the hopes of the fans, as well as coach Robert Alberts whom was hoping that Ashri could supply his strikers with the wonderful crosses he make.
It is however hoped that Ashri’s injury is not that serious and that Sarawak can obtain his services as soon as possible.
