Kuching City FC head coach, Aidil Sharin Sahak, has publicly expressed his sincere appreciation to the club’s management for their continued faith in his leadership.
Speaking recently, Aidil conveyed his gratitude, stating, “Alhamdulillah and thank you to the management for still believing in me to lead the team through the new season.”
This clear display of appreciation underscores the strong relationship and mutual trust between the coach and the club’s hierarchy, providing a solid foundation as they navigate the final crucial matches of the current season and look towards an exciting future.
With two significant fixtures remaining – a home game against powerhouse Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) on April 17th followed by an away trip to face Negeri Sembilan FC on April 20th – Aidil remains firmly focused on securing the best possible finish for Kuching City FC.
However, the club’s decision to retain him for the upcoming season has undoubtedly injected a renewed sense of motivation and determination into the team. Aidil emphasized the strong internal dynamics, noting,
“The harmony within the squad is undeniable, and we’re always working hand in hand with everyone involved, including the management. That camaraderie is vital as we push through to the end of the season.”
Looking beyond the current campaign, Aidil also offered an optimistic glimpse into the team’s future with the anticipated arrival of new players. He highlighted the potential, discipline, and character of these incoming additions, qualities he deems essential for building a successful and competitive squad.
While details remain under wraps, with Aidil stating, “We’re waiting for the management to make the official announcements,” the anticipation is palpable.
Currently sitting comfortably in third place with 36 points after a commendable season of nine wins and nine draws from 22 matches, Kuching City FC, under Aidil’s guidance, appears poised for an exciting new chapter.
