Thousands gather at Kuching Waterfront under GB13

Sarawak’s biggest ultra group, GB13 gathered thousands at the Kuching Waterfront last night as they make final preparations for the quarter finals between Sarawak FA and Sime Darby FC.

The group which is well known nationwide for being die-hard fans of Sarawak FA practiced their chanting and singing at the open space boulevard with many enthusiastic about Sarawak’s chances to advance to the semi finals.

Sources online reveal that GB13 would be introducing a new ‘tifo’ tonight as the group plans to rally the 28,000 strong sell out crowd to intimidate the visiting Sime Darby FC.

GB13 has fast gained respect of many ultras in Malaysia with the group known for using their own expenses to fly to almost every away game to support the Crocs.

At Selayang Stadium last weekend, the group, together with numerous other Sarawak supporter groups based in the peninsular turned the supposed ‘away game’ into a sea of red, with more than half of the stadium rooting for Sarawak.

It is expected that tonight, the massive home crowd would yet again rally with GB13 to ensure that the Crocs gain enough support and go for the win.
